USED Atomic AmpliFIRE 3 Modeling Pedal. High powered DSP in a compact box. Great for someone who wants analog feel in a digital modeller. In excellent condition and sounds lovely!

The Format

While there are other floorboard style multi effects and digital amp systems most of them are still too large to easily travel with due to them being overloaded with all kinds of features you may not want or need. The Atomic Amplifire wants to tone down on the amount of excessive features and just deliver great tone in an easy to use package.

On the pedal you have three footswitches on the front that can be programmed to control an array of different options including the built in effects loop or any of the emulated hardware that you have in the system. This means that even with this unit being so small you can still control everything you need at your feet.

The Sounds

The Atomic Amplifire may not have the pedigree of other brands in this field but in terms of quality it matches them all the way and even beats them in some respect. By using high quality components and mixed with some of the best modelling software in the world you get some truly stunning tones every time you turn this on. We don't just mean for metal either.

Whether it is true or not digital amps have grown a reputation for being great for high gain work but they lack the subtleties of tube tone nor the response to really work well for clean or crunch sounds. The Amplifire has been designed to resolve this issue so you get realistic breakup and response no matter what style you play.

With models based after some of the world's most iconic amplifiers the Amplifire can easily cover nearly any generation of guitar tones. From the Tweed 50's to the gold fronted amps of the 60's and 70's and into the more modern high gain sounds that came through in the 80's, 90's and 00's. So no matter if you wanted to play in a function band where you need to cover a bunch of styles or you just want to travel light with your originals this is a great choice.

Getting Set Up

The Amplifire is very easy to get up and running no matter how you want to work. Out of the box it is loaded with a bunch of presets that cover most styles but you will want to dig in and get your own presets made. You can either plug it in to your computer and use the included software to start building up your sounds or you can do it straight from the unit itself.

After you have made your sounds you can then decide exactly where and how you want to use the pedal. Do you want to run direct to the board live or in the studio? Or do you still want dedicated loudspeakers? If you are running in to a PA system or recording setup the built in dual XLR outs will do everything you need.

However you have a few more options if you want to run through dedicated speakers. One obvious choice would be a guitar cabinet but this will require a power amp or a guitar amp with an effects loop that you can run the amplifire in to via the effects return. Yes you get all of the tones but your rig is still just as big as it was before. Another option is what they call Full Range Flat Response (FRFR) monitors. These speakers are powered by their own power supply and you can just plug straight in to the XLR on the back.

Nice casual shirt
Size: XX-Large, Color: Sky Blue
Great shirt. The size is right. The color is as expected. Comfortable. Didn't iron it yet, so can't tell how easy it is.

Oversized sleeves, but still a good cotton shirt.
Size: Small, Color: Black
The shirt runs big at the sleeves and I'm a more slender person. I usually fit fine into a small sized dress shirt but the sleeves here remind me of airbags. The chest, shoulder and waist area fit fine. Overall, I would appreciate slim fit options or just slimmer sleeves. Everything else is great. Affordable. Its cotton and feels nice. It was packaged in an air tight seal, well done. They pre wash it and it smelled nice out the package. They have buttoned collars and I like those and they aren't the easiest to find with the colors I want. I wouldn't by again because of the sleeves but if they have a slim fit option in the future. Id take the chance and buy it again.

An L shirt for a real L person.
Special Size: Standard, Size: Large, Color: Wine Red
I love this shirt! I have been an "XL" guy for decades. Got back down to "L" a year ago. Finally bought some L shirts, starting with this one. Nice fit. Good stitching, tight buttons, crisp fabric. The button-down neck is sturdy and keeps a classic shape to it after several times through the wash. Not much stretch, so buy it if you are *really* a size L. But if you used to be a size XL, and came down a year ago, get one of these. You deserve it.

Great shirt - tail could be longer - great color selection - No 1000 pins to remove!
Special Size: Standard, Size: X-Large, Color: Aroyal Blue
Favorite shirt, fits well, looks good, durable. I'd like if the shirt tail was longer. All cotton so they shrink a bit after washing and need to stretch back out. Overall, I'd like if they were a touch larger or I was a touch smaller. I love that they don't have a HUGE AMAZON BASICS label on them. And I LOVE that I don't have to spend thirty minutes removing tiny stick pins like other dress shirt makers force you to do - what a waste!

Reliable, well-made shirt with a slightly lighter color than expected
Special Size: Standard, Size: X-Large, Color: Navy, Special Size: Standard, Size: X-Large, Color: Navy
This Alimens & Gentle Oxford shirt is a solid, well-made option that holds up well over time. After roughly 20 wears and washes, it’s proven to be durable and fairly resistant to wrinkles, which is a big plus for a cotton button-down. Fit & Comfort: The fit runs a bit on the loose side, but it’s still comfortable and easy to wear. It’s not a slim fit, so if you prefer a more tailored look, keep that in mind. Material & Performance: The fabric is thicker than most standard dress shirts, which makes it a great choice for cooler weather. It provides a bit more structure and warmth, but it may not be as breathable in the summer months. On the plus side, it washes and irons well and maintains its shape over time. Appearance & Versatility: The shirt pairs well with both dress pants and jeans, so it works in both professional and casual settings. One thing to note — the actual color is noticeably lighter than what’s shown in the listing. In my case, I still liked the look and kept it, but it’s something to be aware of when ordering. Bottom Line: A dependable, slightly heavier Oxford shirt that’s great for fall and winter wear. Best for those who prefer a relaxed fit and don’t mind a small variation in color from the listing.
