Ergonomische Fahrradgriffe mit einstellbarer Dämpfung

Mit einer ergonomischen Form verfügen die Lenkergriffe EG Active Flex Ergotec über eine große Auflagefläche. Diese Eigenschaft hilft, den auf die Hände des Radfahrers ausgeübten Druck besser zu verteilen und sorgt somit für mehr Komfort beim Fahren. Der Radfahrer kann insbesondere eine entspannte Sitzposition einnehmen, eine ideale Haltung für die Fahrt in der Stadt oder beim Fahrradtourismus.

Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Diese ergonomischen Ergotec-Griffe bieten die Möglichkeit, die Nachgiebigkeit einzustellen. Jeder Radfahrer kann seine Griffe nach seinem persönlichen Komfort anpassen. Dazu werden "stick Flex"-Keile mitgeliefert, die beim Einbau in jeden Griff eingesetzt werden: 

  • grüner stick Flex weich: für eine sanfte Einstellung, er bietet mehr Dämpfung.
  • roter stick Flex hart: er sorgt für weniger Dämpfung und ein direkteres Fahrgefühl.

Diese komfortablen schwarzen Griffe sind in Deutschland gefertigt und bestehen aus TPE. Dieses thermoplastische Gummi besteht selbst aus recyceltem Thermoplast und ist mit Glasfaser verstärkt. Ein Material, das verhindert, dass die Hände an den Griffen kleben.

Montage eines Griffpaares am Ergotec EG Active Flex Lenker 135/92 mm

Die ergonomischen Fahrradgriffe EG Active Flex Ergotec sind in zwei Ausführungen erhältlich: 

  • Lang (165 g): beide Griffe sind jeweils 135 mm lang.
  • Kurz (150 g): der linke Griff ist 135 mm lang, während der rechte Griff 92 mm lang ist. Das ist bei Fahrrädern mit Drehgriffschaltung nützlich.

Sie lassen sich leicht am Lenker montieren, wie am Ergotec Humpert Stuttgart Lenker, mittels einer Klemmschelle und mit einem Innensechskantschlüssel. Lenkerendkappen werden mitgeliefert, um die Montage abzuschließen. Es ist jedoch möglich, diese zu entfernen, um Lenkerhörner zu montieren, wie die bar-ends Ergotec Evo Touring L, und noch mehr Komfort zu erhalten. Oder einen Ergotec Fahrradspiegel anzubringen, um die Sicherheit zu erhöhen.

Not perfect but a good pencil for a good price.
Not as user friendly as the original pencil and battery doesn’t seem to hold a charge very long. After about 4 hours of being charged it was down to 46%. That was intermittent use and non use, with about 3 hours actual use. To charge the original pencil I pulled off the end exposing the lightening connector and plugged it into the receptacle on my iPad. This requires a USB-C cable connection from either the charger or the iPad. Admittedly, it’s not that big a deal, but it feels like a step backwards from the original. The battery longevity is a little more irksome. The pencil is very easy to use, and I’m actually amazed at how the iPad is able to generate text when I write with it, even with my sometimes barely legible script. Much improved over the original. I can live with the minor irritations because it’s a good value for the price.

There’s no noticeable latency, pairing is instant, and charging via the magnetic attachment is still one of the cleanest implementations Apple has ever done. You never think about battery life or connection issues — it just works. The new squeeze gesture is genuinely useful and makes switching tools faster without breaking flow. The tilt support is well implemented and will be especially appreciated by artists, even if it’s not something every user relies on heavily.
