One side runs a flat platform with grip spikes for sneakers, hikers, or whatever you're wearing. Flip the pedal over and a stainless steel cleat retention system is ready when you want to be clipped in. Same 90mm platform dimensions on both sides, same 52mm Q-factor throughout.
The construction is built to take punishment. The spindle is 435 chromoly steel, the body A380 aluminum, the wings 17-4PH stainless steel, and the spring 300 series stainless steel. Inner bearings are Igus LL-glide, outer bearings are Enduro cartridge — the pair weighs 395g. Cleats are included, and they're compatible with the standard Crank Brothers system, with two release angle options: 15 degrees in one orientation, 20 degrees in the other.
