The Sleepy Hugs baby sleeping bag is designed for babies who have outgrown swaddling or can no longer be swaddled and gives unrestricted arm movement while they sleep, but still need some security to calm their startle reflex.
This Extra-Wide Sack version is for babies that have been diagnosed with developmental hip issues, and need to wear a special brace (orthosis). The key difference being a wider bottom sack to comfortably fit a hip brace, Pavlik Harness, Denis Browne Brace, Rhino brace, or Spica Cast.
