The pedals use a chromoly spindle and a sealed bearing system for smooth and reliable performance, even in harsh riding conditions. The PD-M8120 XT pedals also feature Shimano's SPD cleat system, which provides a secure and stable connection between the shoe and pedal. The cleats are adjustable for customizing the amount of float and release tension.
One unique feature of the PD-M8120 XT pedals is the integrated cage. This provides additional support and stability for the shoe, especially when riding over rough terrain or during hard cornering.
