WHAT’S NEW ABOUT THIS FRAMEWORK?
1.DEVELOPED BY A PRO RIDER “Michele Tomizioli ” FOR ALL RIDERS:
EPICUS was developed by our team over 2 years based on extensive manufacturing experience and test by International elite rider “Michele Tomizioli ”

2.OPTIMISED 3D INTEGRATION SYSTEM:
Due to the optimise the weight/stiffness ratio for the EPICUS frame and fork then we strongly recommend that you use our fork with this new frame for maximum efficiency.
Although our EPICUS  frame can now be ordered on its own; without our BMX fork.

3.OPTIMISED SPECIFIC GEOMETRY:
A lowered centre of gravity with a lower position for more stability. Lower fork + bottom bracket = lower rider position = more stability at high speeds and in corners.
74 degrees at the head tube with a fork leg offset of  24 mm = More precision and thrust during technical passages and be already ahead of your competitors on the starting grid!
The frame geometry has been designed to be optimal with 20×1.75 rear tyres for the ProXXL to Pro sizes, 20×1-3/8 for the Expert XL size.
Wider total rear wheelbase for greater stability.

4.OPTIMISED MOULD MAKING:

100% new mould with a new manufacturing process using exclusively high-modulus Toray UD  T700+T800 carbon fiber.
The main outer mold is made of very high quality special steel, very hard and durable over time.
On the inside, we use polystyrene (EPS) and polyurethane (PU) moulding: With both EPS and PU moulding systems, we obtain an inner surface of our frames that is as smooth as the outside, with no beading or overlapping of the carbon fibres. This increases the quality of the frame structure resulting in a more rigid and lighter final product.

5.OPTIMISED AERODYNAMICS:

100% integration of the seatpost clamping system
Internal routing of the hydraulic brake line with an exit at the internal level of the left seat stay to connect directly to the rear disc brake caliper.
Maximum integration of the rear disc caliper on the frame using a flat mount to mount a 120mm disc
Perfectly integrated chain tensioning system

6.OPTIMISED LABORATORY TESTS:

Our EPICUS frame is capable of passing all of our extremely tough destruction and fatigue tests in our specifications. This is to come as close as possible to its use in real life and to ensure that the user will be able to use it without worrying about any damage or loss of structural integrity of the frame.
