The base of each leaf stalk--approximately the bottom 5 inches--is where the flavor hides in this citrusy herb. Remove the leafy top and woody bottom, strip the tough outer layers, and you'll discover the delicious white inner stalk. Chop or mince and add it to Asian-inspired curries, stir fries, and marinades. Use the discarded lemongrass bits to infuse tea, broth, or soup with citrus flavor. Sturdy paper plates

Less expensive than local grocery stores
This pack of paper plates works out to be a lot less expensive than my local grocery, and unlike the grocery store, Amazon always seems to have it in stock.
These are your basic, thin paper plate. We use them with plastic paper plate holders to add support. I think it's a good deal.
