All of my Succulents are very well cared for and ship in perfect conditions.
But it is also very hot/cold during shipping.
All succulents should arrive in perfect conditions so please open your box promptly, water and leave in a bright area.
⚠️👀ALSO please know that LOOSE SOIL inside the box is completely normal.
I've had a handful of customers complain about loose dirt, but this does not affect the integrity of your succulent at all :)
Please note that succulents cannot be wrapped to prevent loose soil since that would suffocate the plant inside a hot box and die during transit.
