When your baby is so tiny and new, you want to keep them close to you. Looking for the bassinet of your dreams? Rest assured, this is it. Stokke has reinvented the bassinet with the new Stokke® Snoozi™. Airy and light with a soft oval shape, Stokke® Snoozi™ cradles your baby in comfort and can be used from birth to bring your baby near for bonding.

The firm, comfortable mattress and breathable fabrics make it the perfect place for your newborn to rest, sleep, and nap… in every room of your home. Best of all, it even adjusts as your little one grows. Use the high newborn position for the first 6 months, then simply lower the mattress when your baby can pull themselves up and use it up until 9 months (15kg, 33.1 lbs).

Designed with premium materials including FSC®-certified wooden legs and a strong aluminum frame, Stokke® Snoozi™ also features main fabrics that are made of breathable 3D mesh materials that are gentle to the touch and machine washable. Available in two stunning neutral colors that suit any style or interior.

For on-the-go families, the Stokke® Snoozi™ is also lightweight and assembles tool-free in only a few minutes, so it goes the extra mile and travels with you! Just use the optional travel & storage bag to pack it up for outings or holiday adventures.

We had another book on New York of these series and wanted to get this book for my daughter who is 9 years old. Along with her I found the language of this book interesting and entertaining. Have already visited couple of places mentioned in it.

a great guide to DC treasures
Format: Flexibound
This is not a guide book in terms of giving you directions and hours of operation, but it would be a wonderful first step in planning a memorable trip to the nation's capitol. Nineteen themed trails are given, seven in and around the Mall, six nearby, two across the Potomac and two farther afield. Themes include animals (Rock Creek Park, National Zoo, the George Washington University hippo (statue), the National Museum of Natural History, Owney the stuffed dog at the National Postal Museum, Oxon Hill Farm, Kingman Island and the Franciscan Monastery and National Cathedral -- and a blurb about presidential pets), statuary, music, food, horticulture, power, sports, ghosts, architecture, literature, transportation etc. As you can tell these aren't walking tours. Instead each theme gets four pages filled with photos, drawings, fun facts and information about festivals, artifacts, history and spectacle. I try to get to WDC once or twice a year, yet I still found plenty of interesting ideas for further exploration. If you are planning a visit (with or without kids),this would be agreat way to help them choose a few things they'd like to see. Information is presented in a friendly way but is not dumbed down. There is an adequate, if incomplete, index. It would be useful to have a calendar of all the events listed too.
