She's a beautiful fan-stemmed crest of burnt orange petals. These types of crest pull moisture in periods of drought from their oldest leaves and you can see evidence of that in these photos. She will continuously put out new growth at the core of her ridge, replacing these spent leaves as she grows. These types typically go green in the summer and return to this rust color when temperatures drop. She's measuring in at about 4" across.
Plant Name: Echeveria 'Candy' Crest (this crest was called that by the farm that made her available. She could very easily be a Ghidoric Iron that has been misidentified).
Size at Maturity: 4-6" with age, estimated.
Stress colors: Rich burnt orange, rust.
Care Instructions: Crests have a tendency to have a lot of dead foliage that will accumulate over time, try to keep it well pruned to avoid pests. Other than that typical succulent care, no known special requirements. Will actively grow from late spring-late summer, will be semi-dormant in winter through early spring.
