• Japanese Golden Sedum (Sedum makinoi Ogon) is a bright, low growing succulent known for its small, rounded leaves in vibrant golden yellow tones. The foliage forms dense clusters along delicate, trailing stems, creating a soft, cascading or mat forming appearance.                                                                                                                             
  As it matures, this variety spreads gently to form a lush carpet of golden foliage that brings light to darker spaces. During the growing season, it may produce small, star shaped yellow flowers that blend subtly with the foliage. Sedum makinoi Ogon thrives in bright indirect light to partial sun and benefits from some protection against intense direct sunlight to prevent leaf scorch.
