Phenomenal is also able to take colder winters and hot, humid summers better than others. Phenomenal lavender are great for drying and using in potpourris. This large hedging lavender adds a lovely barrier along fence lines or around unsightly areas of the landscape. Deer tend to avoid phenomenal lavender plants, making it a smart choice for hosta and daylily beds.
