This potting soil mix is made with:

Snake Plant Imperial Potting Soil Mix by rePotme is a free draining mix that is ideal for all Snake Plants. The base of the potting mix is coir, imported from Sri Lanka, which is a clean, easy to use medium derived from coconut husk. Small sponge rock is then added to help break up the mix and add additional drainage. Monterey Pine Bark and Charcoal benefit the soil, naturally releasing nutrients over time.

For the hardy Snake Plant, also known as Sansevieria, our potting soil is crafted to match its low-maintenance and drought-tolerant characteristics. We blend together a potting mix that provides excellent drainage and mimics the arid conditions these plants prefer. This ensures the Snake Plant's roots are never waterlogged, promoting the plant's striking vertical growth and variegated foliage.

This mix is distinguished by what it doesn't have in it, peat moss. Using premium ingredients in the absence of peat is key to getting rid of fungus gnats. Fungus gnats are attracted to peat moss, and almost all commercially available plant mixes are made with peat moss.

We make our mixes the old fashioned way -- no "secret ingredients", just the highest quality and finest media that can be had, and we tell you exactly what goes in to every one of our mixes. Would you have it any other way?

That's the way we do business too, no surprises, just impeccable service, lightning fast responsiveness and checking back with you on every order to make sure you are delighted with what you received. We treat you the same way we want to be treated. We treat your plants the same way, as we treat our own.

Keeps my dog busy and actually holds up
This jigsaw-style dog toy has been a game changer for keeping my dog entertained. The design is super versatile—you can spread peanut butter (or yogurt, wet food, etc.) into the grooves, and it keeps them busy licking for a long time. What I like most is that it’s not just a lick mat—it’s also a durable chew toy. The material feels strong and holds up really well, even with a dog that usually destroys toys pretty quickly. Toys made from rubber or similar materials tend to last longer and are safer for chewing compared to softer options. The grooves and compartments make it a little more challenging (in a good way), so it takes my dog longer to get through the treats. I’ve even tried freezing peanut butter inside, and that keeps them occupied even longer. Lick-style toys like this are great for slowing dogs down and keeping them calm and engaged. It’s also been really helpful during times when I need a distraction—like when I’m busy, cleaning, or even during grooming. Pros: • Durable and holds up to chewing • Can use peanut butter, yogurt, or other soft treats • Keeps dogs busy for a long time • Helps with boredom and anxiety • Freezable for longer use Cons: • Can get messy depending on what you put in it

Doesn't hold their attention
I have 5 dogs, and only one of them seems to actually want to play with these toys, and even he's not that enthused. And he'll literally play with anything. I think it's the shape that's unappealing. My smallest sniffs and licks it, gives it a little nibble, hoping it will actually taste like peanut butter, but once he realizes it's just plastic he turns his nose up. They are solid, durable toys that should hold up to power chewers, but none of my power chewers care enough to bother for more than a few minutes. Size wise they're perfectly suited for the sizes intended.
