Also commonly referred to as the “ Thuja Green Giant”, the Green Giant Arborvitae has become one of the most popular screening trees planted today. Adapted to a wide range of soils and capable of 3 ft. of growth annually, the GGA is what we recommend for your screening/ privacy needs.

Space trees out between 5 and 10 ft. The closer they are planted, the faster they will create a screen. However, planting at 10ft. or more will allow the trees to reach a greater height at maturity.

These seedlings are great to plant for concealing a stand or make for terrific ground blind cover after only a couple years of growth.

We do not recommend the use of grow tubes when establishing green giants.
