🌱 Growing instructions
- Sowing: The easiest method is to sow seeds outdoors in the fall. The seeds will be naturally stratified over the winter and will germinate in the spring.
- Stratification: To plant in the spring, seeds require a 30-60 day period of cold, moist stratification in the refrigerator before sowing.
- Depth: Press seeds into the surface of the soil, as they need light to germinate. Do not cover.
- Spacing: Space or thin plants to 18-24 inches apart.

We purchased these JOLLY CHEF compartment plates for RV trips with our grandkids, and they’ve been terrific. The divided sections are perfect for keeping foods separated, especially for picky little eaters who don’t want everything touching. 😉
They’re surprisingly sturdy for disposable plates and hold up well with heavier foods without getting soggy or flimsy. I also appreciate that they’re made from plant fiber instead of foam or plastic-lined paper plates.
Cleanup is quick and easy, which is always a win in RV life…saving water.
