The Satco S8204 T2 spiral compact fluorescent light bulb is designed for fixtures with the Bi Pin GU24 socket. It is UL Listed and approved for use in fully enclosed fixtures, has a 2700K warm white color temperature, and 82 CRI. These eco-friendly bulbs are equivalent to a 60 watt incandescent bulb, but consume only 15 watts while producing 1,000 lumens. They incorporate an electronic ballast to provide instant-on, flicker-free operation and measure 2.13 inches in width and 3.9 inches MOL.
Satco's GU24 CFL bulbs are rated for 10,000 hours and carry a 2 year limited warranty. These bulbs are suitable for use in totally enclosed fixtures but are NOT for use on circuits with dimmers, timers or other control devices, including outdoor fixtures that operate on dusk to dawn or motion sensors.
Typical Applications
Typical applications for a GU24 spiral (also called twist bulb, twisty bulb or curly bulb) CFL light bulbs include table and floor lamps, recessed lights, corridor light and sconce fixtures in residential, office, retail, restaurant, school, hospital and hotel/motel locations.
