Care Instructions
- Water every 2–4 weeks; allow soil to dry out completely between waterings — less is more
- Place in bright indirect to full sun; tolerates lower light but growth will slow
- Ideal temperature: 60–80°F (15–27°C); protect from frost and cold drafts
- Use well-draining soil to prevent root rot around the water-storing trunk
- Tolerates low humidity; no misting needed
- Fertilize once in spring and once in summer with a diluted balanced liquid fertilizer
- Repot only when roots are visibly outgrowing the pot — prefers to be slightly root-bound
