Tendersweet Carrot Seeds are an open-pollinated, non-GMO variety. The uniform, deep orange-red roots are smooth-skinned, fine-grained, and nearly coreless, and they grow 7 inches of tapered roots, often longer. The gorgeous color stays during cooking and freezing; this is an excellent all-around carrot for cooking, canning, pickling, baking, and juicing. Tendersweet carrots are known for their sweetness and flavor, year after year.
