Originating from South Africa, this plant has long, propeller-like green leaves that have cream margins which turn pink when exposed to bright light. Leaves can also turn shades of orange and red in strong sunlight, giving the plant a fiery appearance, hence the name 'Campfire'.

This cultivar is a monocarpic plant, meaning that it will die after flowering, but any offsets will continue to grow. The stems can grow up to 15 cm tall and branch out up to 90 cm wide, making it an excellent ground cover or trailing plant. This succulent is perfect for adding color to rock gardens, hanging baskets, and mixed succulent arrangements.
