Thank you for visiting my kokedama store! You will recieve a Parlor Palm and Croton arranged Kokedama - Moss ball which is very similar to what is shown on the picture. Size approx 4 x 4 x 7 inch tall. Wishing every owner to enjoy and maintain the peaceful mind and energy that this small forest spirit ball produces. Please be careful not to leave the package outside for long time. They are live plants. After you receive your Kokedama package: 1 ) Take out from the package immediately. 2 ) Do not water couple of days to adjust with your climate. It should survive without watering for a couple of days. Succulent doesn't need water so much. After coupe of days, mist water often and submerge the moss ball into water for about 5 minutes once moss ball is completely dry. Once every 7-10 days or adjust with your climate. Squeeze out all excess water from the moss ball, you may want to leave it on a dry container for couple of minutes to prevent any dripping water. 3 ) Place the kokedama on the saucer or dish to protect from your furniture. 4 ) Now, enjoy your Kokedama bonsai in any style of your creation ; Sitting straight on a clay saucer or Hanging down on a thread, etc. Handling and shipping policy : Ship your order by USPS Priority Mail with a tracking ID. This Kokedama has been made and nurture for a trip. Please be careful not to leave your Kokedama package outside in the cold weather. "They are live plants." How to take care of your Kokedama : 1 ) Place it under the filtered sun. 2) Dip the moss ball into bowl of water 5~10 minutes when moss is start to dry. This is succulents, so you do not need to give water so much. Once every 10 days will be enough. It is good to spray moss part to keep green moss. Exchange/Refund policy Only accept by damaged by shipping or plant damaged within 3 days of delivery (Do not water in these 3 days.) Picture is required. ★Refund policy :Refund policy If the outer box was damaged and thus the plant was damaged, with the proof of picture of the outer box I will refund whole amount of your payment. Please send me the picture the day you received the package. I can't refund if you don't send me the picture. If the plants was damaged during the shipment, please request for the refund within a day of arrival with the picture. In the hot/cold weather time: I use thermal pack to ensure the plants health during the shipment but it is your responsibility to track the shipment and open the package as soon as the package arrive. Tracking information will be sent via etsy when the package ship out. Please send me the picture within a day if the plant was damaged. I can not accept the claim to be refund after 3-4 days later of shipment for the reason that you may be overwatered or placed in unpleasant location for plants. There is no calendar date to treat plants (i.e. how often should watered), general care is enclosed in the package however each environment/climate is different that plants need to be adjusted with your climate. Superior Customer Service; 100% prefect and functional, BUT...

This product fits perfectly, after all it's just a simple piece replacement. The big deal is the counter reset, and this is where Customer Service outstands. People complaints about the difficulty of following the reset instructions, and with reason, as they are lengthy. But that is the printer you have, that is Epson's product. You either send the printer to them and pay the premium fee, or do it yourself, but you have to play their game. This is not Seller's fault; on the contrary, Seller put all their effort to include each and every steps you need to fix the problem, no matter what printer model you have. They included most, If not all, printer models you may have. They provided super detailed instructions to ensure your success; keys where needed, no keys where not needed, printer drivers location to download and ensure the resetter will work and, best of all, support if you need it. You have to contact them through Amazon asking for the user's manual (instructions; yes, the lengthy ones), the reset program and the reset keys if applicable (this depends on you printer model; some need the reset keys, some do not). And this is where you get concerned: When are they going to answer, now that my printer is locked? You think (I did): it is weekend, they will probably answer Monday or maybe Tuesday (after all, that already have the money, why care?). Well, I was absolutely wrong, they answered during the weekend with all necessary to have the printer back, up and running; Thank You. Some tips: 1. There is nothing wrong with the software (if got from a reputable source, and they for sure are), so get it without concerns. 2. Get the printer driver as advised; it is quite probable that the software will not work if you don't install the correct driver; don't forget to restart the computer after the driver installation. 3. Make sure your printer is set up with the USB connection Enabled (mine was disabled and that caused a headache: ET-4800). 4. When the resetter instructions call for Initialize the Counters, don't do it, not yet; select Check instead, just above Initialize. If you cannot read (Check) the counters, you will not be able to Initialize them: fix the connection problem first (make sure you installed the printer driver and RESTART the computer, make sure you enabled the USB connection in the printer, and make sure the usb cable is correctly connected). It's not Seller's fault to make long and complicated instructions, that is actually their effort to make sure you have all you need to succeed. Buy with confidence, this works: if you cannot make it work, you may find someone you trust to help you out (your kids or grandkids know a lot for sure), or just let Seller know, they are willing to help you out.
