At the core of the 627AT is its patented Reverse Arc Motion, which guides the legs through a biomechanically correct pathway that never places the toe behind the knee. This reduces knee stress while maintaining a full range of motion at both the knee and hip. The Same Side Forward (SSF) arm and leg movement keeps posture aligned throughout incline changes, minimizing lower-back stress and promoting optimal body positioning.

I DONT BELIEVE THAT MANY PEOPLE REALIZE JUST HOW MUCH YOU CAN DO FULL BODY EXERCISES WITH JUST TWO HAND WEIGHTS.
