I sleep on my side and this pillow is great! I also enjoy the cooling aspect. I forgot my pillow at a hotel and had another one ordered before I got home.

Nothing like I hoped

This is a piece of foam in a "cooling" pillowcase, which is not cooling and the foam goes flat. No support and no cooling. Very disappointed that you cannot trust reviews for true product information. The good part is you can return which I did.
