That's pretty powerful and gives you a much deeper cleansing. Personally, I wouldn't go any lower than that unless you have really sensitive gums. Of course, you can adjust intensities with this, so you'll be fine either way. The oral flosser is good and will get what your toothbrush misses. That's not a reflection on this particular toothbrush, but on toothbrushes of any kind as a whole. Does a great job at removing all sorts of stuff lodged between your teeth. Easy to use and you won't have a water line getting in your way. I would highly suggest that you pour a little bit of mouthwash in with your flosser for an even more effective cleansing. You get several replacement heads for your toothbrush and several different tips for the flosser. Enough that you'll have a very clean mouth for a good, long time.
