Product Description

The Framed Pleat Wedding Guayabera from Mojito Collection is built from 100% linen with formal French cuffs and distinctive framed pleat panels across the front and back. Designed specifically for ceremonies and formal warm-weather occasions, this long sleeve chacabana comes in White and Natural with a spread collar and a clean, pocket-free silhouette that reads as polished as a dress shirt while breathing like Caribbean linen.

Why You'll Love It

  • French cuffs for cufflinks: Fold-back cuffs designed for cufflinks add a groomsmen-ready level of formality rarely found in guayabera construction
  • 100% premium linen: Natural flax fiber that breathes through outdoor ceremonies and long receptions in tropical heat
  • Framed pleat detailing: Structured pleat panels on both front and back create a defined, architectural look that photographs with clean, deliberate lines
  • Wedding-forward design: The combination of French cuffs, pleat architecture, and a clean front makes this the Mojito Collection shirt built specifically for the aisle and the head table
  • Spread collar: Lies flat without pressing, works open or with a tie for the most formal settings

Fabric & Construction

Crafted from 100% linen, the fiber that has set the standard for tropical formal dressing across the Caribbean and Latin America. Linen's hollow flax fiber structure creates natural air channels that wick heat and moisture away from the body faster than cotton or wool, making it the practical choice for outdoor ceremonies where comfort matters as much as appearance. The medium-weight fabric provides full opacity in the White colorway without an undershirt. Mojito Collection pre-washes this linen before cutting, breaking down the initial stiffness of raw flax and delivering a soft, broken-in drape from the first wearing with minimal additional shrinkage.

The framed pleat construction separates this from standard pintuck guayaberas. Rather than evenly spaced parallel pleats, this shirt uses structured pleat groupings with defined borders that frame the front chest area and run down the back panels. The visual effect is closer to architectural detailing than traditional alforza work, giving the shirt a clean formality that bridges the gap between a heritage guayabera and a European dress shirt. French cuffs replace the standard barrel cuff, enabling cufflinks for ceremonies and formal dining. The front is pocket-free, maintaining uninterrupted pleat lines. Tonal buttons run the full placket. The straight hem falls at the hip for wearing untucked.

How to Style It

  • Beach wedding ceremony: White colorway with linen pants, leather dress shoes, and silver or pearl cufflinks. The French cuffs and pleat architecture make this ceremony-ready for grooms and groomsmen. Browse the wedding collection for coordinating pieces.
  • Destination reception: Natural colorway with tailored dark trousers and loafers for an evening that runs from cocktails through the last dance.
  • Resort formal dinner: White with dark linen trousers for crisp contrast. The clean front and pleat structure carry enough visual weight to stand without a jacket or tie.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
