SPECIAL RETURN POLICY FOR EVENING GOWNS
The following return policy applies on all evening gowns:
- A 10% restocking fee will apply on all formal gowns purchased on or after 2/7/2025
- Return must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the dress
- You will have an additional 48 hours to ship it (drop it off at the carrier)
- A full refund minus the 10% restocking fee will only be provided on dresses that are in perfect condition, with tags attached, unwashed and not worn (except to try it on). Dresses not in original condition will be charged a higher restocking fee, and in some severe cases, the return may be refused.
This policy is in place to prevent misuse of our return policy, such as wearing and returning; as well as buying multiple formal gowns in various sizes and colors with the intention of only keeping one. Unfortunately, we have had to put this policy in place because we have been experiencing such issues.
