For reference, I am 5'10" and usually wear plus size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 39”, waist is 32”, hips are 47”. This item fit me well everywhere except it was a tad snug at my hips, it best fits sizes L and XL:
