Our signature soft, stretchy velvet top and delicate 3/4 length mesh sleeves make for a comfortable and stylish fit, while the full tulle skirt in sparkly aqua is sure to turn heads. The cape for this dress releases a little glitter from the snowflake shapes on the fabric, please wash so the extra glitter falls off from the snowflakes  before wearing.
