This sweet little velvet dress is perfect for any semi-formal event, a black tie wedding, or any of your festive holiday parties!  The swing skirt and easy to move sleeves make this the perfect dress for dancing and making memories with all of your favorite people! 

I recommend the following:

Small: 00-0

Medium: 2-4

Large: Sizes 6-8

It is a swing dress, so the only place it could be fitted is the chest.  The above sizing recommendations are my recommendations if you have curves, but if you do not, you may be able to size down one size from what I recommended.  There is elastic at the bottom of the sleeves to help maintain the structured sleeves, but it is very forgiving and won't cut off the circulation.
