The cleat system allows fore-aft, rotational, and angular tuning, with 0–15 degrees of float — adjustable to let your heel track naturally through the pedal stroke rather than fighting a fixed position. That range of motion matters most on long rides, where minor misalignment compounds into knee fatigue over hours.
