True to its name, Lemon Lime Philodendron (also known as Philodendron Cordatum Neon or Gold) is an eye feasting tropical plant known for its bright hues and beautiful appearance. It belongs to the family Araceae of the Kingdom Plantae. The plant has beautiful heart-shaped leaves that look stunning because of their bright greenish-yellow color.

Philodendron Lemon Lime is a great first-time houseplant or gift plant. If you want to enjoy the natural beauty of plants without a lot of maintenance, this plant is perfect for you!

How to root your Philodendron Lemon Lime cutting

Philodendron Lemon Lime is one of the easiest indoor plants to propagate and you can choose to root your cutting directly in soil, water or in your choice of propagation substrate such as sphagnum moss, fern fibre, leca etc.

Water propagation is the fastest and easiest way to root your Philodendron Brasil cutting. Fill your glass or jar with filtered water or allow the tap water to sit out in the open for a while to let the chlorine dissipate. Submerge the lower 1-2 nodes of your cutting in the water with the leaves up above. Make sure that no leaves are touching the water as this could lead to rot.

Then, place in a warm spot that receives plenty of bright, indirect light (no direct sun though) and change the water regularly until the roots are at least an inch long and your cutting is ready to be planted in soil.

Philodendron Lemon Lime Plant care

Philodendron Brasil tolerates low light but prefers bright, indirect light. Its well-draining soil should dry halfway before watering.

This plant likes warmer room temperatures, can handle normal humidity and is hardy against pests and disease. Fertilize regularly during the growing season.

Hours of pleasure and learning
N.T. Wright is an excellent teacher - easy to listen to and so knowledgeable. The videos follow the book exactly and the accompanying workbook makes study a joy not a chore

Part of a Set
There are three items available in Wright and Bird's massive work on the New Testament. This is the video that goes with the text and there is also a Workbook.

Video lectures, just as the subtitle promises
I was seduced into buying this set on the basis of NT Wright's reputation and advertising graphics showing Holy Land locations. Consequently, I didn't pay sufficient attention to the subtitle: "The New Testament in Its World: Video Lectures." And "lectures" is exactly what this set delivers. Talking heads, lecturing on the New Testament; sometimes in a studio, sometimes in eastern Mediterranean locations. The content is solid evangelical biblical scholarship. My disappointment is the almost complete lack of engagement with the spectacular settings much of these films are shot in. It seems to me that Wright and his producers missed a real opportunity by failing more explicitly to relate their lecture content to the places where they're standing. I give this set a three-star rating. The lectures are a perfectly fine introduction to the New Testament, if that's what you're looking for -- but you could put them on CDs or MP3s and listen in the car. The graphics add very little to these presentations.

Didn't get a lot out of it
My wife got me this for a Christmas present. Having previously made it through Eusebius' "Proof of the Gospel", she figured I could handle it. I know this is part of Zondervan's Academic product line and as such is not aimed at a general audience. What I discover was that if the audience lacks credentials in Philosophy or Theology, the incessant use of jargon and terminology that would most often only be encountered in a Seminary or Religious College is something I found off-putting.
