Das Chefmesser aus der Serie "Zayiko Olive" ist die erste Wahl des Küchenchefs, denn es vereint die unterschiedlichsten Anwendungsmöglichkeiten in einem praktischen Arbeitsgerät. Die lange und gleichzeitig breite Klinge ist unterteilt in verschiedene Zonen, womit Sie beim Schneiden von Gemüse, beim Zerteilen von Fleisch oder beim Schneiden von Kräutern sehr gute Ergebnisse erzielen werden. Wegen des optimal ausbalancierten und handlichen Designs ist das Chefmesser zu Recht das Messer der Wahl für jeden Küchenchef!

Durch ein brandneues Herstellungsverfahren wird dieses Messer zu einem absoluten Highlight in Ihrer Küche. Die Klinge mit 20,00 cm Länge und Hammerschlag wird aus original japanischem Damaststahl mit 67 Stahllagen, VG-10 Stahlkern und einem Härtegrad von 60±2HRC gefertigt. Diese Stahllagen wurden mehrfach gewickelt, wodurch die Struktur aus unterschiedlichen Lagen jedes Messer aus der Zayiko-Kollektion zu einem einzigartigen Produkt macht.

Der Griff besteht aus edlem Olivenholz und steht für zeitlose Eleganz. Bei unseren Messern vereint sich traditionelle Handarbeit mit moderner asiatischer Schmiedekunst.
