BUCKLOS dual SPD pedals are compatible with shimano SPD system cycling shoes. It is also standard with a 9/16'' axle, suitable for most rides such as mountain bikes, spin bikes, road bikes, gravel bikes, hybrid bikes, indoor bikes, etc.

What tools are needed to install these dual- sided SPD pedal?

The 6mm wrench is required, and the clip-on bicycle pedal has a clear sign to identify the installation direction. "L" stands for left pedal and "R" for right pedal. International standard 9/16 "is suitable for most bikes.

Is this dual- sided SPD pedal easy to release?

These plates are compostable and come in two colors. A brownish beige for every day, and a pure white if you prefer the brighter color for a more semi elegant style. The white pairs well with glassware and metal eating utensils. Both are reasonably priced, the white costing 69 plus dollars and the beige 10 dollars cheaper . 500 plates last me about a month and a half. Only because we use them for everything all day every day. I highly recommend these plates. They're worth every penny.
