- Send your console to us. Please ensure it is securely packaged.
- We'll perform a full diagnostic and contact you with a repair quote before any work begins. Some minor repairs may be covered under the initial diagnostic at no additional charge.
- Once approved, we'll complete the repair and invoice you for return shipping before sending it back.
Upgrades & Modifications

Shipping
Shipping to us and return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping will be calculated based on your location and invoiced separately prior to your console being returned. Please refer to our shipping policy for full details.
Please Note
Devices received in a previously opened or partially disassembled condition will be documented upon arrival. We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage.

Repair bookings are limited to one active slot per console type per customer at a time. Additional bookings for the same console type may be canceled at our discretion and refunded.
For international customers: Visit RetroSix UK to book and pay for your repair. You can post your console directly to us from anywhere in the world.
