The Emerson Gear D3 Multi-Purpose Bag brings you a useful way of carrying varying amounts of kit with you out into the field in a compact bag. It is made from durable 500D Cordura®, which makes it resistant to damage during your outings. It has two shoulder straps that can be adjusted and have pads that can be moved up and down for your comfort. The pads have elastic loops attaches for you to run cables or a water bladder hose through. The shoulder straps can be removed and you can use the bags molle straps to attach it to the back of a plate carrier. Alternatively, you can use the shoulder straps and the side straps to attach the D3 to an Emerson Gear chest rig and use the bag as its harness. There is a sturdy carry handle attached to the top. The main compartment of the multi-purpose bag is accessed through its zip opening in the top front of the compartment. Inside the compartment is a mesh zip closed pocket for storing smaller items, elastic loops and a pocket for storing a water bladder (up to 3 litres). There is a port to run the hose of a water bladder though at the top. There is also a smaller compartment attached to the outside of the main compartment, which contains elastic straps for retaining items. There are also two small zip pockets attached to the outside of the compartments for storing more small items, such as paperwork maps and compasses or a torch. Both of the main compartments can be expanded by unzipping the zipper system located on the outside of the compartments, this means you can turn a 10-litre bag in an 18 litre and store more gear easily. Finally, there is a large velcro panel on the outside for attaching identity patches, medical patches or just fun patches.
