Like the "UNIVOX/MICRO FAZER" (known as the "Uni-Vibe"), the "Kent/Black Gold Phaser," the "Fernandes/COMPACT FAZER," and the "Melos MINI FAZER," this is an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) product made by Shin-ei/Companion and sold by the now-defunct Ueki Gakki Co., Ltd.The controls are extremely simple, featuring only RATE (MIN.-MAX.), and while it lacks flashiness, you can enjoy a very rich, undulating sound full of mild character.While it may not quite match the sound of the original, I believe it can still produce that distinctive, watery "plinking" sound reminiscent of a Uni-Vibe. It is a highly unique phaser pedal. This is an early model with a slightly steeper angle on the chassis and side-mounted screws. Although it is a model from quite a long time ago, it remains in relatively good condition.
