Rote Beete, auch bekannt als rote Rüben, bringen zahlreiche positive Eigenschaften mit sich. Die Knollen sind reich an bei Ballaststoffen, Vitaminen und Mineralstoffen, wie Kalium, Eisen und Magnesium. Die roten Rüben enthalten ebenfalls natürliche Antioxidantien.

So nimmst du die volle Ladung Nährstoffe richtig auf:

  • Am besten verzehrst du die Knolle roh beispielsweise in einem frischen Salat oder trinkst ihren frischen Saft. Würdest du sie erhitzen, ginge ein Teil der Inhaltsstoffe verloren.
  • Solltest du Rote Bete dennoch Kochen wollen, empfehlen wir, dies ungeschält zu tun, um ihre Nährstoffe bestmöglich zu erhalten.
