About the Sweet Banana Pepper

The Sweet Banana is a Capsicum annuum heirloom variety known for its long, banana-shaped pods and sweet, mild flavor. Plants typically grow around 2 feet tall and produce abundant 6–7 inch long peppers.

Peppers ripen from green to yellow and finally to red, becoming slightly sweeter as they mature. Their mild flavor makes them especially popular for fresh use and pickling.
