Poles: recommended 4 poles with the measure of: 25 mm (diameter) x 160 cm / 0,98" x 63".
Also you must drill a hole in each pole 22cm / 8,66" from the top to thread the rope through.
The Fluffy mat is not included with this listing but can be purchased separately in my shop.
