This event Mewtwo comes with three, random perfect IVs (31) and three near perfect (30) IVs, and maxed AVs.
What makes this event Mewtwo special?
This is the very first time Mewtwo is given as an event Pokémon in Pokémon Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee! This Mewtwo, albeit still at Level 70, already knows the move Barrier (normally learned at Level 77) and Calm Mind (learned at Level 99, though this can also be learned via TM33).
