Care

General Maintenance: A warm and humid environment is where the hardy Philodendron Super Atom grows best. It does adapt to more dry environments, but would greatly appreciate a misting now and then. It responds well in bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms and areas of shade.

Temperature: 12 to 29 degrees Celsius. It prefers a bit more heat during the day, and for it to be a little bit cooler in the evening.

Light:The Philodendron Super Atom will thrive in indirect sunlight. The foliage will appear a deeper green in the shady position. Be careful not to allow it to receive too much hot direct sunlight, as its leaves will burn.

Watering: Likes moist soil. Not too wet, not to dry. Water regularly, but allow the soil to partly dry before watering again, as it does not like its roots to be too wet. Ensure your pot has good drainage.

Soil: It would prefer a rich soil that retains moisture.

Fertilizer: During spring and summer, use an all purpose liquid plant food to help with new growth.
