The Clean DI Active Direct Box
Uses a very quiet, low distortion buffer to drive the Jensen line isolation transformer for an active direct box that is ideal for acoustic guitars, bass, keyboards or any instrument where you need to convert the signal to balanced XLR with no changes to the overall tone. Unity gain from input to output for maximum headroom.

Runs on Standard “Pedalboard” 9Vdc
Because phantom power can have voltage and current that are all over the place, we designed the Clean DI using standard 9Vdc power for a very consistent power source which provides maximum circuit performance and minimum noise…all the time. Internal voltage regulation provides a clean, consistent power to the active circuit.

High Impedance Active Circuit
The input impedance is 1 Megaohm to prevent loading of passive instrument pickups. A separate buffered output is included on a 1/4 inch output with a 47 Ohm output impedance.

Smaller Footprint and Less Weight
With a footprint that is 40% smaller than most active DIs along with a weight of less than 1 pound, the Clean DI can free up some space and reduce the weight of your pedalboard.
