Yes, we offer Free shipping on all electric bike orders going to 48 continental U.S. Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally. Free shipping refers to standard shipping.
How long does it take to deliver?
We process and ship orders the following day after the receipt, the delivery times vary depending on the destination address (generally from 1 to 5 business days).
What's pick up and how does it work?
Revibikes allows you to purchase items online and pick them up at our warehouses, if you choose to pick up yourself, please advise the estimated pickup time, we will give you a PICK-UP CODE. Payment will be made online once you place the order. No additional payment will be required when you pick up your bike at a retail location.
Will the bike I receive be assembled?
We don't provide assembly services, but we have step-by-step assembly videos, you can find it at the product page, it is very simple.
