BUMAS muzzle for German Shepherd
The BUMAS muzzle, made from lightweight and soft BioThane®, was developed by us specifically for German Shepherd and dogs of similar size. This muzzle will fit your dog if the circumference of your dog's snout is approx. 31cm (+/- 1 cm) and the length of the snout is approx. 9,50cm (+/- 1cm). If the German Shepherd BUMAS does not fit your dog, you can return it within 2 weeks, undamaged and unworn, and order a custom-made BUMAS for your dog instead if you wish.
The right BUMAS muzzle for the required application
Our BUMAS breed muzzles are produced with a small number of BioThane® straps. This results in a lightweight, soft muzzle that offers your dog the highest possible wearing comfort. Ideal for traveling on public transport, riding in a gondola, strolling through public places, and similar activities.
If your main concerns are unwanted picking up from the ground, aggressive behavior, high stress levels, etc., then we definitely recommend a custom-made BUMAS muzzle with the appropriate security options! BiotThane® muzzles are not recommended for large dogs with a strong intent to cause damage.
German Shepherd muzzles – developed from years of experience
We have developed our breed-specific muzzles based on our years of experience in producing muzzles made from BioThane®. For this reason, there is not a BUMAS breed-specific muzzle for every dog breed, as there are significant variations in size, even within a single breed. However, it is not only size that is important, but also shape and cut. Some breeds require a head strap (flat muzzles) or a metal buckle (long fur, trimming). We also placed great emphasis on this when developing the BUMAS breed muzzles, because the best wearing comfort is most important to us for your dog!
