Product Overview
The Blue Force Gear Micro Trauma Kit NOW! occupies a specific niche: it is the smallest version of BFG's Trauma Kit NOW! lineup, purpose-built for every day carry applications where the larger TKN is too bulky. At 6" × 3.5" × 2.5" and under 110 g empty, it stays on a belt or MOLLE platform all day without becoming a burden — making it a genuine EDC trauma kit rather than a kit that gets left in a bag. It is used by law enforcement professionals, military, and prepared civilians who want meaningful trauma capability integrated into daily carry.
The BLIP™ (Ball Loaded Index Point) pull tabs are a core BFG innovation: the double ball-shaped pull tabs can be engaged with a single finger from either the left or right side, allowing full deployment with one hand. When deployed, the medical supplies lay organized on the ULTRAcomp® laminate insert — everything is visible and accessible without the supplies falling loose or tangling. The Ten-Speed® military-grade elastic on the insert holds each supply item independently, so one item can be removed without disturbing the others.
The front laser-cut cross with interchangeable signal inserts allows the user to choose between three configurations: a low-visibility version (no insert, pattern-matched for concealment), a standard reflective insert for emergency visibility, or removed entirely for complete concealment. This is especially useful for plainclothes or off-duty law enforcement carry. The Belt Mount version uses hook-and-loop tabs that fit virtually any belt; the MOLLE Mount uses BFG's patented Helium Whisper® laser-cut tuck strap webbing for a secure, low-profile MOLLE attachment.

The Micro TKN is sold as a pouch only at MED-TAC International. Blue Force Gear offers three fill levels — Essentials, PRO, and Advanced — for those who want the complete configured kit direct from BFG. The pouch can also be filled with compatible supplies from the MED-TAC catalog.
