The linear potentiometer is matched exactly to the specifications of the Kemper Profiler for precise and natural response. The standard pedal has a toe switch to turn effects on and off without requiring a separate footswitch.

The optional spring load omits the physical toe switch. The spring always returns the pedal to heel down and is used with the Profilers auto-on function to automatically turn the wah effect on and off when moving the pedal.

The EP1-KP is available in green or black finish, and works with the rack and head versions, the Remote floor controller and the Stage.

The Mission EP1-KP connects to the Kemper Profiler or Remote with a single TRS cable for expression, and a single TS cable for the toe switch. The switch output may be left unconnected if this function is not required.

The EP1-KP is compatible with all models of the Kemper Profiler as well as the Remote.

The EP1-KP is compatible with some non-Kemper devices that support a switching expression pedal with a momentary TS switch. These include current model FAMC Liquid Foot MIDI controllers, and the ISP Theta Pro DSP guitar pre-amp.
