With high light transmission and air permeability it is mechanically stable and free of crinkles found in some EMF shielding fabrics.

Simple installation it screws into the ceiling and provides 5G Protection while you sleep.

This EMF canopy can be used with or without poles. When poles are used it provides a more structured shape. If they are not used the canopy has a more draping effect.

NOTE: The canopy is supplied without canopy poles due to their 2.5m length and issues with delivery of such a long item. Wood or metal poles can be purchased at your local hardware store - learn more.

YSHIELD® SILVER-TULLE EMF Protection Material

SILVER-TULLE is a semi-transparent strong silvered knit fabric for the protection against high-frequency (HF) and low-frequency radiation (LF). YSHIELD® silver fabrics do not contain any nano silver, but a thick metallic silver coating.

High Frequency EMF shielding

This product shields high frequency electromagnetic fields (HF). The laboratory report ranges from 40/600 MHz to 40 GHz according to standards ASTM D4935-10 or IEEE Std 299-2006.

Low Frequency Canopy Grounding

When used with a grounding kit this product shields low-frequency alternating electric fields (LF) due to the electrically conductive surface.

Canopy Poles

Given the issues trying to ship a 2.5m long thin pole we are not able to supply poles.

Silver fabrics are rather delicate so the poles should be thin or lightweight. Typically wood or lightweight metal are used.

When poles are used they need to be 10-20cm longer than the canopy side. This means that on a 220cm wide canopy they need to be around 250cm (2.5m) long. If the poles lay over each other in the corners, like you see in the picture, this crossing gives a little bit more stability.

Please buy poles from your local DIY or hardware store.

YSHIELD® EMF Bed Canopy Sizes

The YSHIELD® BTE EMF Bed Canopy in SILVER-TULLE comes in 2 sizes. Due to the way the canopy sides overlap you can adjust your EMF sleep canopy to suit the following bed sizes.

What size is your bed?

For beds up to 120cm wide = Single / Small Double Size (BTE)

Spacious sense of space for single beds up to 120cm width.

Dimensions (+/- 5% tolerance): Width 120cm x depth 220cm x height 220cm.

Entrance: Overlapping opening.

Installation: Suspension at four points at the ceiling. To stabilize the box shape, you can insert poles (not included in the delivery) into the tunnel, sewn at the top of the canopy.

Included: Canopy, mounting material. (Poles not included)

For beds up to 220cm wide = Double / King / Super King Size (BTD)

Spacious sense of space for single beds up to 220cm width.

Dimensions (+/- 5% tolerance): Width 220cm x depth 220cm x height 220cm.

Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) considerations

If you have multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS) you may want to consider a canopy made from VOILE or NATURELL EMF shielding materials. These do not have as high attenuation shielding as SILVER-TULLE but are considered to be more suited to those who are highly chemically sensitive.

Care instructions

Please ensure you follow these care instructions:

• Gentle wash cycle at 30°C exclusively with TEXCARE detergents
• No ironing
• No drying in tumble dryers
• No bleaching
• No chemical dry-cleaning

Silver products discolour with time and often already have discolorations right from the start. If you don’t want to accept discolorations, please consider a Swiss-Shield® fabric canopy.

Silver fabrics have a limited durability, depending on the frequency of movement.

FAQ

How do I test that it’s working?

If you have an EMF Meter (with Radio Frequency detection), this is the perfect way to test the canopy.

The second-best way is simple – use it!

Just get in and sleep in it. Give it three days for the body to adjust and feel the difference.

Please do not try and test a canopy is working using a mobile phone. When you bring a mobile phone into an EMF shielded space the mobile phone becomes an EMF repeater which intensifies the EMF frequencies inside the canopy. This is due to your mobile working harder to boost the signal so it can connect to make calls / texts / access the internet.

Will this protect against 5G?

Yes YSHIELD® SILVER-TULLE EMF Protection fabric protects from 5G.

Can I Wash The Canopy?

Gentle cycle at 30°C with YSHIELD® TEXCARE detergents.

Do not iron, dry in tumble dryers, bleach or use any chemical dry-cleaning.

We suggest you keep washing to a minimum to retain optimal shielding capacity of the fabric.

Can This Canopy be Earthed (Grounded)?

Yes, we recommend purchasing a Powerline PLC HF grounding kit which includes:

- Powerline PLC HF Filter
- 50cm mains supply line cable with a shockproof plug and system sockets to the PLC Filter
- 5m grounding cable (2.5 mm², transparent) with gilded earth pin for the canopy and system sockets to the PLC Filter
- 2x grounding plate screws for attaching to canopy and bed mat
- 20cm grounding cable to connect grounding plates attached to canopy and bed mat

This Powerline PLC HF Filter ensures any ‘noise’ on the earth wire from smart meters, neighbouring properties, powerline adaptors and similar is filtered out - so cannot affect the canopy.

The SILVER-TULLE requires grounding, however the Swiss Shield does not. This is because the Swiss Shield fabric is not surface conductive and therefore will not require grounding. However, the SILVER-TULLE fabric contains more silver and will therefore attract electric fields which once grounded are discharged.

Do I need under-bed protection?

Yes. We believe if you want to be protected from low level EMFs such as the electric fields from the wiring in your walls then we recommend you always have the appropriate grounding mat so that canopy and mat are grounded to provide more complete protection.

Why should I order an EMF canopy from Conscious Spaces rather than from elsewhere?

We have tested the leading canopies currently available and have selected the ones that are proven to use high shielding materials that are of high quality manufacture, easy to use and provide good EMF protection.

Where should the EMF / RF Protective Bed Mat be placed?

The EMF / RF Protective Bed Mat should go on the floor underneath the bed.

Why is my canopy not working or making me feel worse?

1. The airflow is restricted: Open one quarter where EMF intrusion is weak.
2. Detox occurring: Give it time.
3. The canopy is not earthed properly: Check and secure earthing.
4. There are gaps between or the mat and canopy don’t touch: Check & secure.
5. There are some manufacturing residuals: Air on a washing line or gentle wash.
6. Metal springs in the mattress: Change the mattress.

Will my mobile phone work inside the canopy? Can I use my mobile phone to test the frequencies?

Your mobile phone will work in an EMF canopy however we strongly recommend you do not bring it into the canopy. This is because when you bring a mobile phone into an EMF shielded space the mobile phone becomes an EMF repeater which intensifies the EMF frequencies inside the canopy. This is due to your mobile working harder to boost the signal so it can connect to make calls / texts / access the internet.

For this same reason, it isn't accurate or appropriate to test for EMF frequencies inside the canopy using a mobile phone.
