DESCRIPTION
The Halcyon Eclipse System is a single tank system suitable for all levels of divers. A range of features make this an easy to use system with seperate components for easy replacement.
The foundation of the system is a backplate and harness available in either stainless steel or aluminium in both small and standard sizes. The secure harness with crotch strap can be easily adjusted through the tri glides fitted to the harness. H markings around the webbing provide a reference for ensuring the harness is evenly fitted and D-rings are secured level to each other. The crotch strap will prevent the harness from riding up and is fitted with a scooter ring for the use of underwater scooters. The webbing includes stainless steel hardware D-rings for being able to attach accessories to your gear such as torches. The Halcyon Storage Pak™ fitted to the backplate provides protection from the bolts as well as additional storage for items such as a surface marker buoy.
The Eclipse wing comes in either 30lb or 40lb options and is designed to meet the demands of any diving environment. The shape of the wing is designed to minimise drag and and provide greater in water efficiency. The outer of the wing has a 1000 denier DWR urethane coating providing superior abrasion resistance. The inner bladder is 400 denier nylon which provides stifness and puncture resistance. A heavy duty zipper on the outer provides easy access to the bladder if required and stainless grommets at the bottom allow for easy drainage of water.
ACB integrated weight pockets fitted to the harness allow for comfortable and safe storage of your weights with the weight being distributed through the harness rather than on a weightbelt which can put strain on the divers back. An optional weighted Single Tank Adaptor not only provides a secure way to secure the system to the tank but also enables additional weight to be fitted reducing the amount of weight needed in the pockets.
