Will the 100 sleeves fit both 35pt and 55pt?
Yes - penny sleeves are sized to fit the card itself, not the toploader. The same sleeve works whether you're loading into a 35pt or a 55pt holder.
Why not just use 55pt for everything?
55pt holders are slightly loose around standard 35pt base cards, which can lead to movement and edge wear. Right-fit holders give the best protection.
