This bed rack serves as the bridge between your rooftop tent, your truck bed and you, having a memorable comfortable outdoor experience. This rack is designed to universally install directly on top of any truck bed rail using a pinch plate or up to 8 bolts to secure to your bed rail. 

Custom pinch plates that allow the truck bed rack to attach itself on any truck rail are included. This mechanism will serve as the mounting point from your truck bed to the bed rack. This allows the bed rack to be installed, without drilling required. 

However, one thing to consider on installing this adjustable truck rack is the pre-installed accessories present on your vehicle. There may be modifications necessary for certain trucks that possess tonneau cover, or anything that may affect the inner walls of the bed rails.

This pick-up bed rack uses a unique sliding center rail system which allows the rack to be installed on various widths of beds from full-size Ford F350’s to mid-size Toyota Tacomas.

*For Toyota Tacomas using the factory installed cargo rail system, the Tuff Stuff bed rack will perfectly align with your rail and would require the use of custom T-nuts that can accept 3/8" diameter bolts. The T-Nuts can be bought for $94 more.

*Ford Raptor beds have no lip to attach the rack to, so you will have to use nut-inserts, self-drilling screws, or anchors to install the rack on the bed.

Rack is now sold only in black powder coating, for better durability.

Installation Instructions:

1. Remove the two (2) sides from the packing and the two (2) crossbars.
2. Place the crossbars into the Tubes on both sides of the side brackets, do not lock in place.
3. Have someone help you place them on your bedsides.
4. Provided are the "Lock-in Place" brackets that will squeeze the sides to the bed.
1. TACOMA's use the factory-installed racks and requires T-Nuts that can be purchased separately to install on the Tacoma.
5. Once you have adjusted the sides to the cross brackets lock the nuts down for the cross brackets and tighten the sides.
