Why We Designed It This Way

1. We chose 1680D TPU for a reason

We’ve hauled gear through wind, rain, slush, and snow. In wet or muddy terrain, your gear bag shouldn’t become a liability. The 1680D TPU outer shell keeps outside elements out, and when you toss in damp clothing, moisture doesn’t wick through. Your electronics, tools, and clothing stay safe and dry.

2. Compartments born from real rides

We’ve been in the trenches: loading up for multi-day rides, stopping to shift gear, crawling under trees to adjust straps. Over time, we saw the same problem zones every ride:

• Helmet and headgear: Bulky, awkward, and constantly needing padding and protection
• Boots and muddy footwear: Must be isolated, easy to clean, and never compromise dry gear
• Everything else: Radios, transceivers, goggles, gloves, spare parts

So we built dedicated compartments:

• Helmet compartment: Roomy enough for full-face and modular helmets, with structured support so nothing gets crushed
• Boot compartment: Lined with removable TPU so you can rinse or wipe out mud and water
• Main compartment:
  • Two elastic pouches for tools, radios, avalanche gear, GPS, and essentials
  • Zippered pocket for keys, phone, and wallet
  • Two protective goggle pockets
  • Open space for gloves, balaclava, neck brace, and soft goods

Every pocket and divider exists because we asked: Where do riders reach first? Where does a goggle or transceiver get stashed on a long day?
